Ingredients
- 1 cup organic green bamboo rice (buy here)
- 2 1/2 cups of water
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup of bamboo rice and 2-1/2 cups of water into a saucepan.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from stove and let it rest, covered, for five minutes or so.
- Season to taste with salt
- Gently fluff the rice with a fork.
